A) Setting up equipment

Here is all of my equipment prior to setting up

This is the light which I used to brighten up sam when questioning him

I used a tripod to hold up the camera when filming sam

I adjusted all of the settings to get the best quality from the camera

here is the microphone on a pole which i held above sam out of the view from the camera.

B) Setting up equipment and following production

When filming my interviews i made sure that the camera had full charge and the memory card was empty so that i would not have to worry about running out of footage or time to film. I also made sure that the camera was set up properly by changing the settings from automatic to manual so that i could get the best performance when filming. I also made sure that before asking the questions i synced up the audio and visual by getting sam to clap. I made sure that no one altered any of the equipment when filming to keep continuity when filming.

C)Following safe working practice

When i was filming In Italy I made sure that whenever i filmed i was not putting myself at risk of hitting anyone or anyone hitting me when skiing. When following a skier I would keep my distance incase they suddenly lost control and crashed into me. I also made sure that my GoPro camera had the correct case on it making sure it was waterproof and would not get damaged.
